Please arrange collection of your goods as promptly as possible. We do endeavour to help with packing and posting where possible, but use the Royal Mail and Parcelforce services, so are limited by the size and weight limits applied.

We are not professional packers so although we do our best we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Please be aware we do not pack for carriers to collect, but do have a number of carriers and shippers who will pack and ship on your behalf.

All postal enquiries need to be organised within the first two weeks after the sale, after this period this service may not be available.

We are open for collections Monday to Friday 9-5pm, if collecting a large item please let us know in advance so we can attempt to make sure there are the required staff available.

It is the buyers responsibility to check and confirm they are happy with any shipping or certification requirements for endangered or rare items related to their country (CITES). Although assistance will be granted, where possible, it is not Wilkinson's Auctioneers responsibility to review country import requirements for each piece, nor to apply for certificates on behalf of any bidder/buyer.
