1780: Irish Georgian Society limited edition silver plates of Dublin landmarks

hallmarked silver by Royal Irish, limited to an edition of 750 of which this set is 212.A complete set of silver plates issued periodically between 1972 and 1974 by the Georgian Society, each decorated with an image of a Dublin building from the original 1780 engravings by Robert Pool and John Cash. The buildings are Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Lord Powerscourt`s House, Parliament House, Leinster House and St. Catherine`s Church. Scarce as a complete set and with original cases of issue, accompanying booklet and receipt. Each plate weighs 325g approx.
