Unique Auction House, established in 2005 by Terry Woodcock, has grown substantially over the years, achieving national and international recognition along the way. They have departments specialising in antiques, collectables, jewellery, silver, gold, furniture, white goods, fine art, comics, books, militaria, pottery, porcelain, toys, and more. Located at Teal Park in Lincoln, Unique Auctions hosts several live sales each month accepting in-person, absentee, over-the-phone, or online bids.

In 2017, Unique Auctions decided to implement a massive business redevelopment which included moving to a significantly larger premises at Teal Park. Now, they have five salerooms, tea and valuation rooms, areas for delivery and collection, and a massive parking lot to accommodate busy auction and viewing days. Their new location plus their other development efforts have resulted in a substantial increase in auction sales with opportunities to sell even more unique, and occasionally unusual, items.
