A Scottish pair cased verge pocket watch, the silver pair cases hallmarked for London 1823 and made by George Lumsden of Pittenweem 1818/49, but interestingly signed backwards on the movement as Nedsmul no.199, Pittenweem. The fusee movement has a finely pierced and chased balance cock with a plain flat balance and circular turned and ribbed pillars. The plain white dial has Roman numerals and spayed hands, 2.25"" diameter overall.
