CĆ³mo comprar en Templum Fine Art Auctions A lo largo del aƱo Templum realiza distintas subastas tanto presenciales se edita un catĆ”logo ilustrado, de venta en nuestra Sala diez dĆ­as antes de cada subasta y de consulta en internet en: www.templumauctions.com AdemĆ”s puede realizar una suscripciĆ³n anual a todos o a aparte de nuestros catĆ”logos. Los lotes son expuestos en Templum Art Auctions, en horario de lunes a viernes de 9:30:00 a 20:00 h durante una semana antes de la fecha de subasta en el caso de las Subastas Mensuales, y 15 dĆ­as antes de la fecha de la subasta en el caso de las Subastas Extraordinarias. Para poder pujar tiene cuatro opciones: -Puja por escrito -Puja por Internet -Puja telefĆ³nica (sĆ³lo en las Subastas Extraordinarias) -Puja directa en Sala El precio de remate se incrementarĆ” en un 26,62 % (IVA incluido) en concepto de derechos de subasta en todas las subastas (Mensuales, Extraordinarias y de Internet). Modos de pago: 1. - Transferencia Bancarias 2.- En nuestras oficinas en Templum Art Auctions: Para recogidas y pagos en sala: de lunes a Viernes de 9:30 a 17:30 h.

 

 

 

 

 

1.      Los datos del catĆ”logo se obtienen tras una cuidada investigaciĆ³n y asesoramiento. No obstante, las descripciones incluidas en Ć©l constituyen exclusivamente opiniones de expertos de Templum Fine Art Auctions o expresamente designados por la misma y, como tales, deben considerarse por los compradores, debiendo los interesados formarse las suyas propias. A tal efecto los objetos que se subastan, estĆ”n expuestos al pĆŗblico varios dĆ­as antes de la celebraciĆ³n de la Subasta.

 

Cualquier manifestaciĆ³n impresa en el catĆ”logo y referida a la autorĆ­a, atribuciĆ³n, naturaleza, origen, fecha de, procedencia y condiciĆ³n de los lotes, se rige por los tĆ©rminos y expresiones interpretativas generalmente aceptadas. Las catalogaciones, certificaciones u opiniones citadas en el catĆ”logo se ofrecen y son tenidas por Templum Fine Art Auctions como una valiosa y Ćŗtil informaciĆ³n complementaria sobre los lotes catalogados, pero, de ningĆŗn modo, serĆ”n vinculantes o determinarĆ”n las responsabilidades de Templum Fine Art Auctions por las mismas. Por ello, el interesado en la compra de cualquiera de los lotes catalogados, podrĆ” efectuar por su cuenta y previamente a su adquisiciĆ³n, las averiguaciones y comprobaciones que considere oportunas. Cada lote se vende como ā€œcuerpo ciertoā€.

 

Por el hecho de intervenir en la subasta, el interesado, DECLARA que conoce y muestra su conformidad con la situaciĆ³n fĆ­sica, jurĆ­dica y de autorĆ­a de los objetos/lotes adquiridos, y que la puja y eventual adquisiciĆ³n la lleva a cabo conforme a sus propios criterios y/o el de sus asesores, especialmente en lo que a la autorĆ­a de la obra se refiere, liberando a Templum Fine Art Auctions de cualquier responsabilidad por las opiniones manifestadas en relaciĆ³n con los objetos/lotes.

 

Los pesos de los lotes expresados en el CatƔlogo deben entenderse con carƔcter aproximado.

En dichos pesos pueden estar incluidos metales no preciosos, guarniciones u otros elementos, que componen las joyas.

 

Cuando el catƔlogo recoge la marca de un reloj, se transcribe exclusivamente la que consta en su esfera.

 

En las monedas consta su valor facial y peso, sin que se garantice su autenticidad o valor numismĆ”tico en ningĆŗn caso.

 

La indicaciĆ³n "oro" y "plata" en el CatĆ”logo, se utiliza, Ćŗnicamente, para el oro de primera ley y para la plata de primera ley.

 

Conforme a los usos y costumbres internacionales, Templum Fine Art Auctions no serĆ” responsable por los desperfectos, roturas, restauraciones, marcha de los relojes, etc., aĆŗn cuando no se hubieran hecho figurar en CatĆ”logo.

 

3.     En Templum Fine Art Auctions, estĆ”n expuestas listas y catĆ”logos con la reseƱa completa de los nĆŗmeros, descripciones y precios de salida de cada uno de los lotes. Templum Fine Art Auctions puede acceder, a solicitud de los propietarios y con anterioridad a la subasta a retirar algĆŗn lote incluido en el CatĆ”logo. Esta circunstancia serĆ” anunciada antes del inicio de la subasta o en el curso de la misma.

 

4.     FigurarĆ”n en el CatĆ”logo, debajo de cada lote, los precios de salida para su conocimiento por los compradores. Este precio de salida constituirĆ” el mĆ­nimo de venta de cada lote, salvo en los casos excepcionales en los que se pueda pactar una reserva con el vendedor.

 

Los tĆ©rminos utilizados en el catĆ”logo tienen el significado que se indica a continuaciĆ³n:

 

                       Nombre y/o apellidos de un artista: En opiniĆ³n de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata de un trabajo del artista.

                       Atribuido a: En la opiniĆ³n cualificada de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata probablemente de un trabajo del artista, ya sea en todo o en parte.

                       Estudio de... Escuela de... Taller de...: En la opiniĆ³n cualificada de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata de un trabajo realizado en el estudio o escuela del artista.

                       CĆ­rculo de: En la opiniĆ³n cualificada de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata de un trabajo realizado en el perĆ­odo del artista y que por tanto muestra su influencia.

                       Seguidor de... Siguiendo modelos de: En la opiniĆ³n cualificada de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata de un trabajo realizado siguiendo el estilo del artista o Escuela, pero no necesariamente por un alumno suyo, ni en su Ć©poca.

                       Copia de...: En la opiniĆ³n cualificada de Templum Fine Art Auctions se trata de una copia (de cualquier fecha) de un trabajo del artista.

5.     En sesiĆ³n Presencial se entiende por "puja" cada uno de los incrementos, por las distintas ofertas, que experimenta el precio del lote que se estĆ” subastando. Las pujas se efectuarĆ”n partiendo del precio de salida, con arreglo a la siguiente escala:

A criterio de la mesa

 

Cuando el precio del lote que se estĆ” subastando alcance durante la licitaciĆ³n un tramo superior de la escala, las sucesivas pujas se ajustarĆ”n a los "incrementos por puja" que le correspondan.

 

En cualquier caso, el director de la subasta podrĆ” variar el incremento de las pujas en el transcurso de la misma.

 

El director de la subasta tendrĆ” la facultad de realizar toda puja que no sobrepase la precedente en la cuantĆ­a aplicable en cada caso. Asimismo, el director de la subasta podrĆ” solicitar la confirmaciĆ³n de una puja realizada.

 

En la sesiĆ³n Internet la escala de pujas es la establecida por el portal dĆ³nde se realiza la subasta, que automĆ”ticamente va avisando al correo del usuario si su puja ha sido superada, dĆ”ndole la oportunidad de realizar una mayor, y asĆ­, sucesivamente hasta la hora exacta de cierre de la subasta, hora que viene indicada en cada lote. (La escala de pujas puede ser distinta en las sesiones Presenciales de la de Internet).

 

6.     En sesiĆ³n Presencial, las personas que vayan a tomar parte en la subasta, deberĆ”n acreditar su personalidad en la entrada de la Sala, dĆ³nde se les facilitarĆ” un "nĆŗmero de comprador" (raqueta) que les identificarĆ” durante la celebraciĆ³n del acto. Este nĆŗmero deberĆ” ser exhibido por el postor en el momento de efectuar la puja, y devuelto en RecepciĆ³n, a la salida.

 

En la sesiĆ³n Internet, las personas que vayan a tomar parte en la subasta deberĆ”n registrarse como usuarios del portal dĆ³nde se realiza la subasta, cumplimentando los pasos que en todo momento les serĆ”n indicados.

 

7.     En la sesiĆ³n Presencial serĆ”n admitidas Ć³rdenes de compra -pliegos abiertos o pujas por escrito- hasta 24 horas antes del inicio de la sesiĆ³n correspondiente al lote/s solicitados, por medio de impresos que Templum Fine Art Auctions tiene dispuestos para este fin, tanto en la propia Sala .En las pĆ”ginas finales del presente CatĆ”logo, se incluye "Modelo de Orden de Compra (Puja por Escrito)". A travĆ©s del portal de Internet, en www.templumauctions.com, mediante el formulario de pujas que se despliega en cada lote, enviĆ”ndolo 24 horas antes de la sesiĆ³n correspondiente. En las subastas extraordinarias tambiĆ©n pueden efectuarse pujas por telĆ©fono, debiendo cubrir el precio de salida e ir acompaƱadas de la fotocopia del D.N.I. o Pasaporte, en este caso, previa comunicaciĆ³n a Templum Fine Art Auctions y aceptaciĆ³n por parte de Ć©sta con anterioridad al inicio de la subasta, siendo la Sala quien representarĆ” al comprador. No se admitirĆ”n pujas telefĆ³nicas por importes inferiores a 1.000 Euros.

 

Si para un mismo lote se presentaran dos o mƔs pliegos abiertos, la Mesa defenderƔ al que contenga la oferta mƔs alta. En el supuesto de que existan varias ofertas iguales para un mismo lote, se defenderƔ por la mesa la correspondiente al pliego recibido en la Sala con anterioridad.

 

Para la sesiĆ³n de pliegos, deberĆ”n presentarse las ofertas tambiĆ©n 24 horas antes de la sesiĆ³n correspondiente. Templum Fine Art Auctions no se responsabiliza de dar curso a las Ć³rdenes de compra (pliegos abiertos o pujas por escrito), o formularios de Internet, que hayan entrado fuera del lĆ­mite de hora establecido para las mismas.

 

En la sesiĆ³n Internet, Templum Fine Art Auctions se reserva el derecho a repetir la subasta, en el caso de que se diera alguna incidencia tĆ©cnica que afectara al buen funcionamiento de la misma.

 

8.     En la sesiĆ³n Presencial, los lotes se adjudicarĆ”n al mejor postor, presente en la Sala o representado por la Sala por intervenir telefĆ³nicamente, o que hubiese efectuado ofertas previas por el sistema de pliego abierto (puja por escrito) o mediante el formulario de pujas que se despliega en cada lote a travĆ©s de www.templumauctions.com.

 

De producirse en la sala una oferta que iguale el mƔximo de la oferta del pliego, tendrƔ preferencia la presentada con anterioridad, es decir, la del pliego.

 

En la sesiĆ³n Internet, los lotes se adjudicarĆ”n al que haya sido el mejor postor "ganador" en el momento de cierre del lote en cuestiĆ³n. El "ganador" recibirĆ” automĆ”ticamente, un mensaje en su correo electrĆ³nico anunciĆ”ndole como adjudicatario del lote en cuestiĆ³n.

 

9.     Templum Fine Art Auctions, en cumplimiento del o previsto en la Ley 16/85 del Patrimonio HistĆ³rico EspaƱol, comunicarĆ” a la Comunidad AutĆ³noma correspondiente y al Ministerio de Cultura, con la antelaciĆ³n preceptiva, el contenido de sus CatĆ”logos. Asimismo, notificarĆ” las concretas enajenaciones que pudieran efectuarse de acuerdo con lo establecido en la legislaciĆ³n vigente.

 

Sobre los bienes sometidos a la Ley 16/85, la AdministraciĆ³n podrĆ” ejercer su derecho de tanteo cuando la venta se realice en pĆŗblica subasta, Ćŗnicamente durante la Subasta y manifestando su ejercicio en el momento del remate.

 

10.   Los derechos del autor o de sus herederos sobre los lotes catalogados se respetarĆ”n con arreglo a la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.

 

11.    Para retirar el lote adjudicado, tanto en la sesiĆ³n Presencial como en las sesiones de Internet, Pliegos, lotes de Subasta Extraordinaria y Venta Directa, el comprador deberĆ” pagar el precio de remate incrementando en un 26,62% (IVA incluido).

 

La titularidad del lote adquirido no pasarƔ al comprador hasta que Ʃste haya hecho efectivo el pago completo de dicho importe, disponiendo de un plazo de diez dƭas hƔbiles para efectuar el pago total.

 

El pago del remate deberĆ” efectuarse en efectivo (con los lĆ­mites que marque la ley) mediante transferencia a la cuenta que Templum Fine Art Auctions tiene abierta en BBVA, o por cualquier otro medio de pago a satisfacciĆ³n de Templum Fine Art Auctions.

En la sesiĆ³n Internet, los clientes de nueva captaciĆ³n deberĆ”n realizar el pago del importe a travĆ©s de un ingreso procedente de una cuenta bancaria abierta en una entidad financiera domiciliada en EspaƱa o en la UniĆ³n Europea, a nombre del mismo cliente, y enviar copia de su documento de identificaciĆ³n.

 

12.   En la sesiĆ³n Presencial y de Pliegos, la retirada de los lotes comprados deberĆ” hacerse por el comprador antes de que expiren diez dĆ­as hĆ”biles, siguientes a la fecha de celebraciĆ³n de la Subasta, con abono del importe total adeudado a Templum Fine Art Auctions. SerĆ”n de cargo del comprador todos los gastos de transporte.

 

En la sesiĆ³n Internet, para importes menores de 1.000 ā‚¬, una vez realizado el pago del lote y los gastos de transporte y seguro, este se enviarĆ” por mensajero al domicilio seƱalado. Para los pagos en Templum Fine Art Auctions, el comprador podrĆ” retirar el lote en el mismo momento del pago.

 

Gastos de almacenaje: los lotes comprados y no retirados por el adjudicatario devengaran un gasto de 6 ā‚¬ diarios en concepto de almacenaje, a partir del plazo antes citado, a lo que se adicionara el IVA correspondiente.

 

13.   Templum Fine Art Auctions no serĆ” responsable de los daƱos ocasionados a los lotes de la Subasta, cualquiera que sea su causa. El comprador serĆ” responsable de todo daƱo, perjuicio o pĆ©rdida que afecte a los objetos, a partir del momento en que se realice el pago o una vez transcurridos diez dĆ­as hĆ”biles, siguientes a la fecha de la subasta.

 

14.   El Presidente de la Mesa o, en su caso, el Director de la Subasta, cuidarĆ” que la misma se celebre con el debido orden y con las garantĆ­as necesarias a los intereses de los concurrentes y propietarios, teniendo facultades para dirimir cualquier controversia.

 

15.   En Templum Fine Art Auctions estĆ” reservado el derecho de admisiĆ³n. Asimismo, la Sala podrĆ” solicitar referencias de quienes tengan la intenciĆ³n de participar como licitadores en una Subasta. Del mismo modo, la Sala podrĆ” requerir del adjudicatario o comprador de uno o varios lotes, siempre que lo considere conveniente, referencias bancarias u otro tipo de garantĆ­as.

 

La Sala podrĆ” rehusar cualquier puja sin necesidad de justificaciĆ³n o explicaciĆ³n alguna.

 

16.   En caso de litigio entre HISPANIC ART GALLERY, S.L. y el comprador, las partes se someten a la ley espaƱola y a la jurisdicciĆ³n de los juzgados de Madrid capital.

 

17.   Las normas para la compra en subasta que preceden, se tendrĆ”n por conocidas y aceptadas por todos los participantes en la subasta, sin reserva alguna.

HISPANIC ART GALLERY, S.L. se compromete a tratar de forma absolutamente confidencial sus datos de carĆ”cter personal, utilizĆ”ndolos sĆ³lo para la finalidad indicada, y manifiesta que tiene implantadas todas aquellas medidas tĆ©cnicas y organizativas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de los mismos.

 

Los datos marcados con (*) son obligatorios, por lo que, de no facilitarse, HISPANIC ART GALLERY, S.L no podrĆ” proceder a ejecutar su solicitud de puja en la presente subasta.

How to buy at Templum Fine Art Auctions Throughout the year Templum carries out different auctions both in person and in an illustrated catalog, for sale in our auction room ten days before each auction and for consultation on the Internet at: www.templumauctions.com. You can also make an annual subscription to all or part of our catalogs. The lots are exhibited at Templum Art Auctions, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm during one week before the auction date in the case of Monthly Auctions, and 15 days before the auction date in the case of Extraordinary Auctions. In order to bid you have four options: -Written bidding -Internet bidding -Telephone bidding (only in the Extraordinary Auctions) -Direct bidding in the Room The auction price will be increased by 26,62 % (VAT included) as auction fees in all auctions (Monthly, Extraordinary and Internet). Rules for the purchase at auction
1. The data in the catalog are obtained after careful research and advice. However, the descriptions included in it are solely the opinions of experts Templum Fine Art Auctions or expressly designated by the same and, as such, should be considered by buyers, and interested parties should form their own. For this purpose, the objects to be auctioned are exposed to the public several days before the auction.

Any statement printed in the catalog and referring to the authorship, attribution, nature, origin, date, provenance and condition of the lots, is governed by generally accepted interpretative terms and expressions. Catalogues, certifications or opinions cited in the catalog are offered and held by Templum Fine Art Auctions as valuable and useful supplementary information about the lots catalogued, but shall in no way be binding upon or determine the responsibilities of Templum Fine Art Auctions for the same. Therefore, the interested party in the purchase of any of the lots catalogued, may make, at his own expense and prior to its acquisition, the inquiries and verifications that he deems appropriate. Each lot is sold as a "certain body".

By participating in the auction, the interested party DECLARES that he/she knows and agrees with the physical, legal and authorship status of the objects/lots purchased, and that the bidding and eventual acquisition is carried out according to his/her own criteria and/or that of his/her advisors, especially as far as the authorship of the work is concerned, releasing Templum Fine Art Auctions from any responsibility for the opinions expressed in relation to the objects/lots.

The weights of the lots expressed in the Catalog should be understood as approximate.
These weights may include non-precious metals, fittings or other elements that make up the jewelry.

When the catalog includes the mark of a watch, only the mark on the dial is transcribed.

Coins show their face value and weight, but their authenticity or numismatic value is not guaranteed in any case.

The indication "gold" and "silver" in the Catalog is used only for first grade gold and first grade silver.

In accordance with international customs and practices, Templum Fine Art Auctions will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, restoration, running of the watches, etc., even if they are not listed in the Catalog.

3. In Templum Fine Art Auctions, lists and catalogs are exposed with the complete overview of the numbers, descriptions and starting prices of each of the lots. Templum Fine Art Auctions may agree, at the request of the owners and prior to the auction, to withdraw any lot included in the Catalog. This circumstance will be announced before the beginning of the auction or during the auction.

4. The starting prices shall appear in the Catalogue, below each lot, for the information of the buyers. This starting price shall constitute the minimum sale price for each lot, except in exceptional cases where a reserve may be agreed with the seller.

The terms used in the catalog have the meaning indicated below:

Artist's first and/or last name: In the opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions this is a work by the artist.
Tribute to: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions it is probably a work by the artist, either in whole or in part.
Studio of... School of... Studio of....: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions this is work done in the artist's studio or school.
Circle of: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions this is work done in the artist's period and therefore shows his influence.
Follower of. Following models of: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions this is a work made following the style of the artist or School, but not necessarily by a pupil of his, nor in his period.
Copy of....: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions this is a copy (of any date) of a work by the artist.
Signed... / Dated... / inscribed....: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions the signature, the date, the inscription are the artist's.
Signed... / Dated... / It bears mark... It bears label... / It bears a stamp... / It bears a seal..: In the qualified opinion of Templum Fine Art Auctions the signature/ date/ mark/ label/ stamp appear to have been included by persons other than the artist.

5. In a physical session, the term "bid" shall be understood to mean each of the increments, due to the different bids, that the price of the lot being auctioned undergoes. The bids shall be made starting from the starting price, according to the following scale:

At the discretion of the bureau

When the price of the lot being auctioned reaches a higher range of the scale during the bidding, the successive bids shall be adjusted to the corresponding "bid increments".

In any case, the auction manager may vary the bidding increment during the course of the auction.

The auction manager shall have the power to place any bid that does not exceed the preceding bid by the amount applicable in each case. The auction manager may also request confirmation of a bid placed.

In the Internet session the bidding scale is established by the portal where the auction is held, which automatically notifies the user's email if his bid has been exceeded, giving him the opportunity to place a higher bid, and so on, successively until the exact closing time of the auction, time that is indicated in each lot. (The bidding scale may be different in the on-site sessions of the Internet).

6. In the on-site session, the persons who are going to take part in the auction, must prove their identity at the entrance of the Room, where they will be provided with a "buyer number" (racket) that will identify them during the celebration of the event. This number must be shown by the bidder at the time of bidding, and returned to Reception at the exit.

In the Internet session, the persons who are going to take part in the auction must register as users of the portal where the auction is held, completing the steps that will be indicated to them at all times.

7. In the On-site session, purchase orders will be accepted -open bids or written bids- up to 24 hours before the beginning of the session corresponding to the lot/s requested, by means of forms that Templum Fine Art Auctions has available for this purpose, both in the Room itself and in the final pages of this Catalog, including "Model Purchase Order (Written Bid)". Through the Internet portal, at www.templumauctions.com, by means of the bidding form displayed in each lot, sending it 24 hours before the corresponding session. In the extraordinary auctions, bids can also be made by telephone, covering the starting price and accompanied by a photocopy of the ID or Passport, in this case, prior communication to Templum Fine Art Auctions and acceptance by the latter before the start of the auction, being the Room who will represent the buyer. Telephone bids will not be accepted for amounts less than 1,000 Euros.

If two or more open bids are submitted for the same lot, the Table shall defend the one with the highest bid. In the event that there are several equal bids for the same lot, the one corresponding to the bid received in the Room earlier shall be defended by the Committee.

For the bidding session, bids must also be submitted 24 hours before the corresponding session. Templum Fine Art Auctions is not responsible for processing purchase orders (open bids or written bids), or Internet forms, which have entered outside the time limit established for them.

In the Internet session, Templum Fine Art Auctions reserves the right to repeat the auction, in the event of any technical incident affecting the proper functioning of the same.

8. In the in-person session, the lots will be awarded to the highest bidder, present in the Room or represented by the Room by telephone, or who has made previous bids through the open bidding system (written bid) or through the bidding form that is displayed in each lot through www.templumauctions.com.

In the event of a bid in the room that equals the maximum bid in the bidding documents, the bid submitted earlier, i.e., the bid in the bidding documents, shall take precedence.

In the Internet session, the lots will be awarded to the highest "winning" bidder at the time of closing of the lot in question. The "winner" will automatically receive an e-mail message announcing him/her as the successful bidder of the lot in question.

9. Templum Fine Art Auctions, in compliance with the provisions of Law 16/85 of the Spanish Historical Heritage, will notify the corresponding Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Culture, with the required advance notice, the content of their Catalogs. Likewise, it will notify the specific alienations that could be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.

In the case of assets subject to Law 16/85, the Administration may exercise its right of first refusal when the sale is carried out at public auction, only during the Auction and by expressing its exercise at the time of the auction.

10. The rights of the author or his heirs over the catalogued lots shall be respected in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law.

11. In order to withdraw the awarded lot, both in the Presential session and in the Internet sessions, Bidding Documents, Extraordinary Auction lots and Direct Sale, the buyer shall pay the auction price increased by 26,62% (VAT included).

The title of the acquired lot shall not pass to the buyer until the latter has made the full payment of said amount, having a term of ten working days to make the full payment.

The payment of the auction must be made in cash (with the limits set by law) by transfer to the account that Templum Fine Art Auctions has opened in BBVA, or by any other means of payment to the satisfaction of Templum Fine Art Auctions.

In the Internet session, the new customers must pay the amount through a deposit from a bank account opened in a financial institution domiciled in Spain or in the European Union, in the name of the same customer, and send a copy of their identification document.

12. In the Presential and Sheet session, the withdrawal of the purchased lots must be made by the buyer before the expiration of ten working days following the date of the Auction, with payment of the total amount due to Templum Fine Art Auctions. All transportation costs will be charged to the buyer.

In the Internet session, for amounts less than 1.000 ?, once the payment of the lot and the transport and insurance costs have been made, the lot will be sent by courier to the address indicated. For payments at Templum Fine Art Auctions, the buyer will be able to collect the lot at the same time of payment.

Storage costs: the lots purchased and not withdrawn by the successful bidder will accrue a charge of 6 ? per day for storage, from the deadline mentioned above, to which will be added the corresponding VAT.

13. Templum Fine Art Auctions will not be responsible for any damage caused to the lots of the Auction, whatever its cause. The buyer will be responsible for any damage or loss affecting the objects, from the time payment is made or after ten working days following the date of the auction.

14. The Chairman of the Table or, as the case may be, the Director of the Auction, shall take care that the same is held in due order and with the necessary guarantees for the interests of the participants and owners, having the power to settle any controversy.

15. Templum Fine Art Auctions reserves the right of admission. Also, the Room may request references of those who intend to participate as bidders in an Auction. Similarly, the Room may require from the successful bidder or buyer of one or more lots, whenever it deems appropriate, bank references or other guarantees.

The Room may refuse any bid without the need for any justification or explanation.

16. In case of litigation between HISPANIC ART GALLERY, S.L. and the buyer, the parties submit to Spanish law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of the capital city of Madrid.

17. The preceding rules for the purchase at auction shall be deemed to be known and accepted by all participants in the auction, without reservation.
