WE WILL ALSO ARRANGE FOR UK POSTAGE OF SMALL ITEMS WITHIN THE UK (CHARGES APPLICABLE) ALL ITEMS THAT WE AGREE TO SEND MUST FIT INTO A JIFFY BAG ONLY, ANYTHING LARGER WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND, ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA SPECIAL DELIVERY, HOWEVER IF YOU REQUEST THE POSTAGE SERVICE YOU WILL BE ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE POST AND PACKAGING, THE AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE.
We suggest the carrier below who will be able to arrange packing and delivery. Please contact them directly for a quote. You may wish to contact a courier of your choice also. If you do use a third party courier please inform us of this. Goods shall not be released without prior notification.

Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions offers an online bidding service via the-saleroom.com for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
In completing the bidder registration on www.the-saleroom.com and providing your credit card details and unless alternative arrangements are agreed with Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions
1. authorise Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions, if they so wish, to charge the credit card given in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the auction via the-saleroom.com, and
2. confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to Sutton Hill Farm Country Auctions through www.the-saleroom.com
Please note that any lots purchased via the-saleroom.com live auction service will be subject to an additional 4.95% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price. Debit and credit cards accepted from the United Kingdom. There is a limit of £200 on credit card payments. Please note we do not accept American Express.
