We would like to advise all our customers that for the foreseeable future we will be running our auctions as internet only sales. If you are interested in buying at one of our auctions you will be able to bid live online or leave absentee bids. Full condition reports will be completed upon request, please contact us by phone/email to obtain further information on lots you may be interested in, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Buyers
All buyers must be registered before the sale
Bidding is a commitment to buy
Auctioneers decision is final
Buyers premium is applicable on all lots at the rate of 20.42% + VAT (24.5%) for Home Interior & Collectables Sales and 20.83% + VAT (25%) for Military & Sporting Sales.
All goods must be paid for before removal of items
All goods to be removed by Thursday following the sale, or are subject to a £1.50+VAT per lot, per day storage charge
All goods are the responsibility of the buyer once they have been paid for, even if they remain on the premises. If goods have not been collected after three weeks they may be resold to claim back any storage fees incurred.
All bidders should satisfy themselves with the condition and contents of lots before bidding
Cars are parked at owners risk, and viewing is carried out at own risk.
All breakages must be paid for
We will happily accept commission and phone bids, however we cannot be held responsible for missed/wrong bids – if there is a problem the auctioneers decision is final
If leaving commission bids, it is your responsibility to contact us within 3 days to find out if you were successful
Each lot shall be the buyer’s sole risk from the fall of the hammer and shall be sold with any faults and imperfections, the auctioneers NOT being responsible for the correct description or authenticity of any lot, and making no warranty whatsoever. The buyer is deemed to have inspected the lots and satisfied him or herself as to their condition and authenticity.
Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, debit and credit card, Any invoices that are requested to be paid over the phone and are above £500.00 must be made via bank transefer.
Postage and packing: We are happy to pack and send out any small items via Royal Mail and these are subject to a minimum £15.00+VAT per lot packing charge. If you are wishing to bid on larger items please contact us before you bid and we will be able to tell you whether it would be an item we could deal with.
Please allow 5 working days after requesting P&P for your parcel to be ready.
Militaria Sales - packing and shipping for all air rifles, shotguns, firearms, deactivated weapons etc start at £50+VAT (air pistols, smaller revolvers etc £35+VAT).

Please be aware that once postage and packaging has been requested, should you decide not to use this service the packing charge will be added to your account for payment as the work would have already been undertaken.
