A DOULTON SILVER MOUNTED ‘OLD SARUM KETTLE’ having a central loop handle, a broad flared socket with domed silver mounted stopper and slender tapering spout with silver mount, each with marks for Birmingham 1906, maker J H Worrall, Son & Co Ltd, the two-tone glazed ovoid body with applied motif, raised on a circular base with impressed marks to underside ‘Made by Doultons only for Watson & Co Salisbury’. 23cm(h)
