CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale is made in cash. The successful tenderer is the highest bidder and the last bidder and an obligation to give his name and address. In case of double Auction recognized by the auctioneer, the lot will be immediately put up for sale, people can compete to his arbitration. The purchasers will pay, in addition to the auction: 24% before VAT is 28,80% TTC and 14,4% TTC for the auction lots preceded an asterisk. Lots preceded by the acronym are the property of shareholders, employees, or J.J. MATHIAS and OGER-BLANCHET following a disaster. Prizes preceded by the + sign are subject to an additional charge of 5.5%. These costs will be refunded in the case of export outside the European Union. Default default by cash and transfer, you can be the withdrawal of the object. From the moment of the auction, the object is under the full responsibility of the purchaser. He is himself responsible for ensuring his acquisitions. Shopping is not the responsibility of J.J. MATHIAS and OGER-BLANCHET in anything. The batches returned to the premises of J.J. MATHIAS and OGER-BLANCHET must be purchased free of charge for 30 days. Beyond what they will be billed 1 ht € per day. In accordance with the legislation in force of the residence remained unsuccessful, J. J.
