A silver-cased Omega 161 cal pocket watch, the 42mm white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and gilt hands, the gilt ¾ plate, pendant wind, 15 jewel movement signed 'Omega' and numbered 18665144, the Omega case with Swiss .800-grade silver assay marks and numbered 312 10.
