C., one page, 8vo, Marble Arch, London, 31st January 1905, on the printed stationery of the Drouet Institute of which Crippen was Chief of Medical Staff. The holograph document is a prescription for treatment suggested by Crippen, in full, `I. Continue compressed Tablets as before, II. Discontinue Merc Sol. powders, III. Add Special Prescription No.86-One pill three times daily, taken before meals`. Matted in black alongside a small portrait of Crippen and an engraved plaque and framed and glazed in a silver and grey coloured frame to an overall size of 14.5 x 11.5. Extremely rare in this form.
