A good quality Victorian hallmarked silver three piece tea service of oval form comprising teapot, twin handled sugar bowl, cream jug, having richly chased decoration to each of scrolls of foliage and birds of prey in between a cast rim, the teapot lid having floral bud finial, each piece engraved with initials SC, made by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths & Co, London 1877-78, total approx weight 44oz (illustrated)
