A late nineteenth century Dutch Apostle spoon-Chester import mark for 1903, and an Edwardian silver and enamel souvenir spoon-the bowl depicting Westminster Abbey-Birmingham 1902. The Apostle spoon is in very nice condition. There are some shallow scratches to the surface of the silver, and a slight bloom of tarnish in places. The detail of the decoration on the handle is clear and undamaged. The hallmarks are slightly rubbed in places but still legible. he souvenir spoon is not in quite such good condition. It is very tarnished, and the handle is a bit bent. There are scratches, pits and notches to the whole of the spoon, but especially to the underside of the bowl. The decroative details are all clear and unrubbed. The enamel has a tiny chip missing on the middle of the left-hand side. The hallmark is clear, as is the number 'REGD. 0385346' which is also stamped on the handle.
