A COUNTER BOX of drum form, the pull-off pierced cover depicting a portrait of Charles I, the body with pierced and engraved sections of flowers and scrolls, the base depicting a portrait of the Queen. Containing 23 die stamped counters depicting further portraits and coats of arms of various Kings and Queens of England, apparently unmarked, 17th century, 11/4" dia.
