Chester 1911, maker George Nathan and Ridley Hayes, of squat form the domed and hinged lid with ebonised finial, above a wavy edged rim and central raised girdle, the side with ebonised C-scroll handle, set on three cabriole supports with pad feet, total weight 324 grams, 8.5in (22cm) wide.
