A late 19th century silver mounted horn handled walking stick together with four other late 19th and 20th century silver, white metal or plated handled walking canes and sticks The horn handled walking stick with scroll embossed capping's and collar, one hallmarked Birmingham 1896 on ebonised shaft, the others comprising a plated handled cane formed as a ladies leg on ebonised shaft, a white metal pill box topped walking cane, the hinged top marked 'Swaine and Adeney, London' on ebonised shaft, a white metal topped walking cane, the knop engraved with a castle and mottle above embossed panelled sides above a malacca shaft, and an unusual silver mounted walking cane modelled as a stylised 'golf ball' hallmarked for London, circa 1910 on ebony shaft, The first cane, 89cm long, the other canes 86cm to 90cm long approximately (5) For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing

Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:
Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
A 3rd party bidding platform fee of 4% of the Hammer Price for Buyers using the following bidding platforms will be added to the invoices of successful Buyers for auctions starting on or after 6th July 2024 – Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.
