David Bowie: A Signed Copy Of The Album The Next Day, 2013, 12in LP, sleeve signed by David Bowie in black pen, with LP below, with metal plaque to the centre engraved Original Vinyl LP, personally signed by David Bowie as a birthday gift to Kate Axten on 1st July 2014, mounted and framed, framed 39 1/2in x 24in (100cm x 61cm) Footnotes: Provenance: The vendor received this signed album as a gift from Jonathan Barnbrook, the designer for the artwork for several David Bowie albums, including 'Blackstar', 'The Next Day', 'Heathen', and the 'Nothing Has Changed' series. 'The Next Day' is the 25th studio album by the English musician David Bowie. Released in March 2013, it was Bowie's first studio release in ten years, as he had retreated from public view after undergoing a procedure to treat a blocked heart artery in 2004. Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
