A late 19th/early 20th century patinated spelter and gilt metal mounted pink veined marble figural mantel clock The figure entitled 'Inspiration' after Leon Pilet (French, 1836-1917) The fluted dwarf column case surmounted by a figure of a classical maiden, with one arm raised (repaired), on formalised acanthus scrolling paw and fluted tapering pilaster feet, with foliate knopped apron, the 3.5'' floral enamelled Arabic dial, with pierced steel hands, the brass twin train movement, numbered 2274 and 42 to the backplate, striking on a bell, 75.5cm high, 42cm wide, 17cm deep For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
