•AUCTIONSINUK DO NOT STATE IF A LOT IS FAULTY AND THEREFORE ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS SEEN AND CARRY NO GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER

•All purchases made must be paid for and collected by 4pm within 3 days following the sale. Any goods that are left may be subject to storage charges from £1 per item to £5 per item per day.

•Any buyers who default on payment and collection of purchased items by 4pm three days following the sale will be “blacklisted” and barred from all further sales.

•We are unable to give Condition Reports

•Any additional items to the catalogue may be found on separate sheets at the main reception desk

•AuctionsInUK will be happy to execute commission bids on your behalf. Commission bids can be e-mailed to enquiries@auctionsinuk.co.uk NO LATER than 10am on the day of the auction or alternately via our website or given to the auction staff on site.

•Packaging and Shipping is not included – we can offer a packaging and shipping service on any items sold within our sale by arrangement. Contact us for a quote.

Payments and registration

•All onsite buyers must register at the sale site office on the day of sale, and collect a Buyers number before bidding.

•All lots must be paid for on day of purchase unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer (see below)

•CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE TELEPHONE ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM IS BEING DELIVERED BY OURSELVES TO THE REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS OF THE PAYMENT CARD BEING USED TO PAY. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER OR BEING PRESENT AT THE SALEROOM AFTER THE SALE WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (CHIP AND PIN REQUIRED) OR CASH

•The buyer is responsible for the cost of removal of all purchased lots. AuctionsInUK will apply a charge for packing per Lot by arrangement ONLY

•CASH - Sterling only

•CHEQUES - not accepted.

•Payment may be made by Debit Card/Credit Card. However, please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on all Credit Card transactions.

•BANKER’S DRAFT - is always acceptable.

•For Amounts over £1,000.00 we prefer CHAPS transfer of funds.

•Goods will not be released until payment is received and/or cleared through our Bank Account.

•AuctionsInUK full business terms can be viewed on our website.

Clearance:

•No Lots may be removed from Site without prior payment being made and on production of a valid AuctionsInUK Invoice (Porters Copy) when collecting.

•All purchased lots must be removed from the site by 4pm WITHIN 3 DAYS following the Sale.

•All small lots should be removed on day of purchase. All purchases should be insured by the purchaser after purchase.

•Where goods are being exported outside the EEC by the Buyer, and within 3 months, VAT will be refunded but only when the Invoice of Export is provided. e.g. Certificate of Shipping. VAT will still be due on the Auctioneers Commission.

Storage

After 4pm 3 DAYS following the Sale (clearance deadline) Storage charges of £1.00 per item to £5 per item per Day will apply.
