Silver & Vertu - A late 18th century South Staffordshire enamelled and gilt metal Etui, together with two early 19th century enamelled patch Boxes and a gilt metal mounted French porcelain Box with hinged cover, the etui of typical cylindrical form with pull off lid decorated with two shaped gilt bordered cartouches depicting a gentleman and cattle within Arcadian landscapes on a white dotted ground, the first patch box printed and painted with a a Regency couple and child, the second painted with a birds nest and titled `Efteem the Giver`, the porcelain box painted with floral sprays, the lid with seated lady and young boy within a floral borders, the underside marked `Lille` (4)" The etui, 7.6cm long, the patch boxes 4.5-5.4cm, the porcelain box, 5.3cm wide

Condition: The etui with a few minor fine cracks commesurate with age, the first patch box cracked and with losses to enamel, the other patch box restored to the lid, the porcelain box with restored lid.
