Art for Cure Make Your Mark Auction - Terms and Conditions
The Art For Cure Make Your Mark Celebrity Canvas Auction is being staged online by The-Saleroom.com on behalf of Art for Cure Enterprises Ltd (registered in England and Wales 09546212). Art for Cure Enterprises Ltd is wholly owned by Art for Cure (a section 30 company 10054014) whose Charitable Objective is to raise money for organisations involved in the care and cure of breast cancer.
By bidding online you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Your bid is fully binding and cannot be retracted.
2. Auction close is Sunday 8th May from 7pm GMT+1 (British Summer Time)
3. All winners will be contacted by email by Art for Cure within 24 hours of the auction closing. This email (Winning Bid Email) will be sent from finance@email.artforcure.org.uk - If you have been notified by the-saleroom.com that you are the winner and have not received an email within 24 hours of auction-close please ensure an email filter has not caught this email, If you are still without an email please contact makeyourmark@email.artforcure.org.uk to alert us. 4. Winning Bid Emails will include an online payment link and payment should be made within 48 hours of receipt of Winning Bid Email by any major credit or debit card.
5. Should payment not have been made within 48 hours, Art for Cure, reserves the right to cancel your bid and award the canvas to the next highest bidder.
6. Art for Cure Enterprises Ltd is acting as agent for the celebrities who are donating all proceeds from the auction to Art for Cure.
7. Payment receipts will be emailed to winners at the time of payment.
8. A certificate of authenticity will be sent to buyers on request.
