A very good plus copy of this scarce monograph in the original green pictorial boards. 4to. 231pp. Extensively illustrated in black and white and colour. Very slight rubbing at the extremes of the spine and some marginal fading of the deep yellow endpapers to a lighter yellow. otherwise a very clean unmarked copy. This is the regular edition (the deluxe edition of 100 copies was embossed in gold and issued with a dustwrapper and a slipcase).
