Nationale Hulpzegel Jeugd Wedstrijden / National Aid Stamp Youth Competitions, featuring an illustration of smiling children pointing at a stamp, with the text advertising drawing and rhyming contests for children with bikes and trips to England as main prizes, smaller images on the side show a boy painting a flag of Netherlands captioned 'flags colours', a soldier seen chasing another soldier away using a sling captioned 'liberation', a pilot dropping provision from a plane flying by winking and smiling sun captioned 'food bombardment', and a child playing with building blocks and crane captioned 'reconstruction'.
