Original antique advertising poster published by the Salvat Library in 1920 advertising the Hojas Selectas magazine. This poster features a delicate illustration of a young woman on a boat with two swans pictured to her right. Dressed in a high waisted robe and chapeau, she leans over the side of the boat to see the swans whilst enjoying the tranquillity of the lake. The poster reads “Hojas Selectas; Revista para todos”, translating to “Selected sheets; a magazine for everyone”. The poster has a simple colour palette consisting of white and burgundy hues which translates the calm nature of this piece making this antique work of art subtle but quaint. Very good condition, creasing, browning. Country of issue: Spain, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 63x44, year of printing: 1920.
