AP saleroom is a family-run auction house focused specifically on advertising and petroliana; our aim is to collate collections of high quality & rare items and make them available in an environment geared towards providing a positive and enjoyable experience for all concerned with this fascinating hobby. Having attended auctions for many years we often felt that things could be done better - environment, information, product knowledge, accuracy of estimates etc - all leading towards a greater level of satisfaction. We also felt that premiums charged by many auction houses were too high, often approaching 30%.

 
Our live auctions are held at a high-spec facility at Thruxton Racing Circuit in Hampshire, simultaneously broadcast over several internet platforms. We place strong emphasis on presentation, accuracy and specialist knowledge and offer full-gloss printed catalogues with high-quality photography for every item listed, with marketing across collector-focused channels.
 
AP saleroom offers specialist white-glove handling and worldwide shipping - petrol pump globes and other delicate items have always arrived safely with buyers across the globe.
