New clients, or those who have not made a purchase at our saleroom within the last two years, are asked to fill in a short form on our website http://www.simonchorley.com/pay.aspx which will take you to a secure PROTX/CARDNET server page. This authorisation must be completed at least 24 hours before the sale in question.
The authorisation process will confirm your identity by PROTX through the ownership of the card. If you are successful in your bid, the 1GBP will be refunded in conjunction with your settlement of account.
If for any reason you are not immediately authorised as the owner of the card by PROTX, we will of course inform you before the sale.
