Your bid is your agreement to pay hammer price, as well as an 20% buyer's premium in-house and 7% South Carolina sales tax. Successful bidders paying by credit card will be subject to an additional 3% surcharge. All invoices over $5,000 must be paid in cash, wire transfer or cashier's check. Payment must be made in order for any lot to leave the gallery.
SHIPPING
All items must be picked up within five days of the auction or will be subject to storage fees. We do not ship items at Wooten & Wooten. We can provide you with a list of shippers; however, this does not qualify as an endorsement by Wooten & Wooten. We are not responsible for any damage done to property after the hammer; this includes, but is not limited to, items left beyond the five days or any damage or loss by your shipping agent.
