Whilst we endeavour to pack items as well as we can, we will NOT be held responsible for any damage or loss to items sent. By paying for our in house packing and shipping service the buyer agrees that any items sent are entirely at the buyer's risk and that NO compensation can be offered for any loss or damage.
Items are sent a minimum of a week following the sale and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date.
Any discrepancies with sold items must be brought to our attention within 21 days of the sale date.
Collection (and viewing) by appointment only at one of our valuation venues.
Let us know the day before for collections to allow us retrive items from secure storage.
