International Sterling Silver Teapot by LaPaglia Mid 20th century modernist, a beautiful and fine teapot designed by Alphonse La Paglia (1907 - 1953) who studied and worked with Georg Jensen. Beading decoration and a crownlike top and circular foot having circular decoration, having wood handle, total weight 1336 grams, marked on bottom "International Sterling t 139 06 14 cups 1", very good condition, 9" tall (23 cm) 10" at widest (25 cm)

CONDITION REPORT:
It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to inspect all items, or ask for a condition report. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Treasureseeker Auction, LLC will not be held responsible for any error or omission. Treasureseeker Auction will do our best to describe all items offered in our catalog to the best of our knowledge, however we are not liable for any authenticity, signatures, measurements, or weights.

PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3-Days of Auction end. We accept Cash, Checks, Wire Transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. It is the responsibility of the bidder to contact us via email or by phone with payment information at 626.529.5775 or Treasureseekerauction@gmail.com.

SHIPPING
Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend Box & Ship at 626-793-1607 email Boxnship-pasadena@sbcglobal.net. Alternate shipper UPS store6622@theupsstore.com 626-229-9981. We will not be responsible for any damage in shipping, we suggest you purchase insurance.



STORAGE
Items MUST be picked up or shipped out of our building within 10-Days of auction end. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge a storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidders name, at 35% commission no minimums, no reserves.

Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the start of sale. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
