OIL ON LINEN - `The Great Blue Heron` by N.C. Wyeth (PA/ME, 1882-1945), signed in the upper left corner and inscribed as a wedding gift `To Carolin J. Chandler, June 1942`, in custom gilded frame, SS: 40" x 30"; OS: 47" x 37", as found, never varnished, three tiny flakes in cloud upper left, with provenance.
