Information
Will be charged at 15% of the hammer price of all lots. In addition to this V.A.T. at 20% will be charged on the commission only, on standard rate items only. This means that programmes and most paper emphera do not attract this charge, please enquire when unsure.

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS
The Accounts Office will open to accept payment by Cash or Cheque at 1.00pm. Please note that in no circumstances will goods be released when cheque clearance is required unless by prior arrangement with Rob Adcock.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
All lots not paid for or collected on the day of the sale will be sent to the successful purchasers at the exact cost charged by the Post Office or Courier Service requested. Any packing required will again be re-charged at cost.
Sporting Memorys Worldwide Auctions/Footy Progs will levy no charge for other packing costs.
Any lots sent to the purchaser, which were delayed due to cheque clearance, will also attract all postage costs
Terms and Conditions
The venue is the Coleshill Hotel (Coleshill, North Warwickshire)
Location
The hotel is located on Coleshill High Street. From M6 Junction 4 take the A446 towards Coleshill/ Lichfield, after 200 yards straight across traffic island, and take right hand lane sign posted Coleshill (B4117). The hotel is located approx ½ mile on the left hand side. From M42 Junction 9 take the A446 towards the M6. At a large island signposted Coleshill Coach Town, turn left, at crossroads turn right onto Coleshill High Street, hotel is located on the right hand side. Hotel accommodation, at a special discounted rate can be arranged, please contact Robert Adcock, or there are many local hotels in the vicinity of the NEC or Airport (5mins away).
Viewing Arrangements
Viewing will take place as detailed on the auction welcome page.
As the more valuable items are being stored at the local bank, viewing at any other time will be by arrangement with Sporting Memorys Worldwide Auctions Ltd
Registration
It is requested that all clients register before entering the viewing room.
Auctioneers/Adminstrators
The Auctioneers conducting the sale are Trevor Vennett-Smith and Tim Davidson. Please note they are only acting for Sporting Memorys Worldwide Auctions on the sale day. No communication should be made with them prior to the sale.
Whilst the bidding increments will be solely at the Auctioneers discretion, they will normally be 10% of the preceding bid.
If any dispute arises during the auction, then their decision will be binding, even if they choose to re offer the specific lot again.
Administration support for the sale will be conducted by Footy Progs.

This is highly recommended as the best way of bidding for any item you require.

It is possible to arrange for clients to bid live during the auction. This must be arranged in advance with Sporting Memorys Worldwide Auctions, and will be allocated on a 'first come, first served basis'
Bidding on the internet. Live During The Sale
Sporting Memory’s offer an online bidding service via the-saleroom.com for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
In completing the bidder registration on www.the-saleroom.com and providing your credit card details (for identification purposes only) you authorize Sporting Memory’s to invoice you for the full amount including an extra 3% + VAT commission surcharge. Payment should be made in accordance with our ‘payment of accounts’ terms shown below.
Commission Bid by Letter. Fax. Telephone or E-Mail
A client may instruct the auctioneer to bid on their behalf up to a fixed amount. The commission will be executed at a price as low as other bidding allows. Please remember that all methods of bidding attract the commission of 15% on the hammer price.
The closing date for bidding by letter is the day of the sale. Bidding by Fax should be completed by 9.00AM on the morning of the sale.
Bidding by Telephone can be made up to 11.30AM on the day of the sale on 07973 311 123.
Payment of accounts
The accounts office will be open to accept payment at 1.00pm. Payment can be made by Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order or Cash
It is deeply regretted that due to the very high cost involved we are not able to accept payment by any debit or credit cards.
Invoices for clients not attending the sale will be forwarded by Tuesday 14th August 2012, and a payment is due within 7 days.
Goods Collection
No goods can be collected until payment has been made in full. In the event of a client paying by cheque, an amount exceeding the bank guarantee card limit, then the goods will not be released until the cheque has cleared. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE, MADE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless prior arrangement has been made with Robert Adcock of Sporting Memory's Worldwide Auctions Ltd, which may include the references being required from the client’s bankers.
Despatch and postal charges

Items sold at auction are generally of some age, accordingly lots are sold on an 'As, Is' basis, subject to all faults, imperfections
and errors of description.
It should be noted that all bidders should be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the condition of items prior to submitting
a bid by any method. You are strongly advised to examine any lot that you are interested in prior to the sale, as it is your
responsibility to satisfy yourself as to each and every aspect of the lot.
Condition reports given by us are an expression of opinion only and should not be relied upon by the bidder or buyer.
