Signed and dated in the lower right-hand corner.
Measurements: 110,5 x 180 cm.
Trained at the Sant Jordi School of Fine Arts in Barcelona, Raventós furthered his studies in engraving and lithography at the Friedlaender workshop (Paris) and at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. He also made a trip to the Orient to study Japanese printmaking. He has held twenty-three solo exhibitions of his work since 1955, mainly in Spain but also abroad. Raventós is represented at the MACBA in Barcelona, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo in Madrid, the Rufino Tamayo in Mexico and the International Museum of Fine Arts in Guinea.
