Jh., etwas berieben. VD 16, A 3111; IA 106.417; Ornamentstichkat. Bln. 1697; Stalla 77; Schottenloher, Apian 35; van Ortroy 104. - Erste Ausgabe, einer von zwei Drucken, vorliegend der Titel in Rot u. Schwarz gedruckt. Behandelt astronomische und geodätische Instrumente mit entsprechenden Abbildungen. - Wie meist ohne die separat gedruckten Holzschnittafeln. Teilw. fingerfleckig, einige Feuchtigkeitsspuren im Bund, vereinzelte Wurmlöcher. Blatt 2 mit Besitzvermerk, die große Anfangsinitiale leicht angeschnitten. Titel stärker fingerfleckig, am Fuß knapp beschnitten.
