All potential buyers MUST first register with the auctioneer in order to obtain a bidder paddle/number. All bidders must be 18 years or over.

All lots MUST be paid for before they are removed from the saleroom, payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card and Debit Card. We are UNABLE to accept cheques.

Payments made by a Credit Card will incur a 2% surcharge
Payments made by a Debit Card will not incur a surcharge

All lots that are bought from R&D Auctions Ltd upto and including £48 will be subject to a buyer’s premium of £3 charged to every lot.

All lots that are bought from R&D Auctions Ltd £50 and above will be subject to a buyer's premium of 10% charged to every lot.

This sale will be held subject to our terms and conditions, details of which can be viewed in the office or on our website.
All items put up for sale are sold as seen and without warranty, the responsibility of lots changes to the buyer at the fall of the gavel. R&D Auctions cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to lots once they have been sold.
All electrical goods have been subject to a PAT test, compliant with health and safety regulations.

Removal of lots –
Buyers will be unable to drive their vehicles into the saleroom to collect lots on sale night; we ask that buyers needing to pick up furniture or large items are to return to the saleroom on the following day or Saturday as per our hours of business.
