Description
Electric guitar used by legendary blues musician Muddy Waters, custom-made by Little John Chrisley, who played with Waters. Back of guitar body has removable 1.5'' x 3'' green plate with handwritten dedication note by Chrisley: ''JOHN CHRISLEY / ROCHESTER / NEW YORK 14622 / PHONE 544-1541 / AREA CODE 716 / DEDICATED TO THE MASTER''. The 6-string guitar features 2 volume and 2 tone knobs with a black body and bright green pickguard. Measures 41'' long with 13'' wide body. Comes housed in black case with gray padded lining. Guitar weighs 9 lbs. 6 oz. Headstock has been repaired at bottom, overall wear from use and cracking to pickguard including rust at screws. Overall very good condition. With an LOA from Waters' son, Bill Morganfield.
