Grover Cleveland 1896 White House Invitation
Invitation by President and Mrs. Grover Cleveland to a Mr. and Mrs. King to attend receptions at the White House in January and February 1896. The Kings are invited to meet the diplomatic corps, the Congress, the Judiciary, officers of each branch of the military, and the public in a series of Thursday evening receptions. Lot includes 5.75'' x 4.5'' card and envelope, each embossed with the Presidential seal. Very good.
