Rare Multi-Blade and Tool Folding Knife of Large Proportions by MacDaniel, Oxford Street, Including Saw, Hammer and Chisel, c. 1850s 6 1/4-inch main blade, with "MacDaniei/Oxford St" markings on ricassos. Length, 9 1/8-inches. Blades and accessories include saw, pruning blade, awl, and corkscrew. Inserts on butt of staghorn grip panels include bone-handled fork, pricker and tweezers. Grooved steel bolsters with roped borders. Grip panels secured by steel pins. Overall length with main blade opened, 15-inches. Weight of 1 lb. 9 oz. Leather case with blind-tooled exterior. Very good to fine. Light patina and pitting. Case with wear, light tears and minor repairs.
