Buyers premium
MA charges a premium to the buyer on the final bid price of each lot. The buyers premium is 15 % of the hammer price less than 500,000yen of the each lot, plus 10% of the excess of hammer price more than or equal to 500,000yen. Japanese Consumption Tax is payable only on the buyers premium not on the hammer price and no consumption tax at all if the buyers live abroad and exported to buyers overseas address.
Shipping
If you become a successful buyer, an invoice will be faxed and mailed to you following the sale. You are expected to pay your total amount of Buyers price according to our invoice and the payment must be received within ten business days from the date of the auction. You may pay for your purchase yen-based with cash, check or bank wire transfers. We do not accept the payment in credit cards. After we confirm your payment, we will make all shipping arrangements for you upon request. You are responsible for all the charges such as insurance, packing and shipping fee.
