Leandro Da Ponte, detto Bassano (Bassano del Grappa 1557 - Venezia 1622) Partenza di Abramo verso la terra di Canaan Olio su tela49 x 69 cmMolto interessante ai fini attributivi è notare come la nostra tela non sia una copia fedele all'originale di Jacopo Bassano, conservato presso la Gemäldegalerie di Berlino. Si notano variazioni nella disposizione degli animali, del vasellame di rame, nonché la figura femminile in basso a destra sostituita con l'immagine di un servitore. Queste osservazioni indicano la possibilità di accedere ai disegni di Jacopo e l'abilità di rivederli graficamente. Inoltre, osservando la tecnica pittorica caratterizzata da ampie campiture di colore magro, la luce diffusa e poco incidente su persone, animali e cose, si scorge, si intravedono tutte le peculiarità espressive di Leandro Bassano, al quale si attribuisce l'opera. Dopo la prima formazione in famiglia divenne collaboratore di Jacopo già nel 1575. Dopo un primo soggiorno del 1577, prese residenza a Venezia dal 1588 rimanendovi sino alla morte sopraggiunta nel 1622. In laguna ebbe molta fortuna e visse ostentando le sue possibilità economiche. Pittoricamente, dopo un primo periodo con l'adesione ai modi del padre, andò allontanandosi dallo stile tradizionale della famiglia adottando una pittura fatta di pacate superfici cromatiche, stese materia compatta e piatta e una luminosità diffusa. Fu un eccellente ritrattista, probabilmente grazie agli studi di Passarotti e Porbus, conseguendo, per qualità espressiva e introspezione psicologica, risultati simili al Moroni. Il suo bagaglio culturale, oltre alla stretta conoscenza della pittura veneta del XVI secolo, era formato dall'attenzione verso il manierismo di Federico Zuccari e a quelle fiamminghe di Abraham Bloemaert e Pauwels Franck detto Paolo Fiammingo. We note variations in the arrangement of the animals, the copper pottery, as well as the female figure at the bottom right replaced with the image of a servant. These observations, which indicate the possibility of accessing Jacopo's drawings and the ability to reinvent them, added to the pictorial technique characterized by large fields of thin colour, the diffused light and little incidents on people, animals and things, indicate Leandro Bassano as the author of the artwork.

1) Lots are offered for sale in public places by Lucas SRLs, which acts as an agent exclusively in its own name and on behalf of each seller under 'art.1704 Code Civ., The Lucas S.r.l. assumes in relation to the contractor or third parties other responsibilities in addition to the obligation arising from its role as agent.
2) Items are sold to the highest bidder, the auctioneer conducts the auction starting with the offer which it considers appropriate, depending on the value of the lot and competing offers. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve price.

11) Payments and withdrawals transport.
The payment of the lots must be paid immediately after the auction or in any case not later than the date itself gg.10 working.

c) Credit card or ATM card.
d) Payment for cash up to an amount of Euro 999,00.
I purchased lots will be available to customers for collection at the venue of the auction sale. The successful tenderer will have to withdraw their lots at his own risk and expense within 10 working days.

12) Right of Action:
With Legislative Decree 118 of 13/2/2006 is in force since April 9, 2006 in Italy the "Right of Action" that is, the right of the author (living or deceased for less than 70 years) of works of arts and manuscripts should receive a percentage of the sale price of the originals of their works during the subsequent sales. This right shall be borne by the seller and will be calculated on the hammer price greater than or equal to € 3,000.00. This right may not exceed €12,500.00 per lot. The fee is payable for each lot is so determined:
- 4% for the portion of the sale price up to 50,000.00
- 3% for the portion of the sale price of between 200,000 and 50.000.01 €
- 1% between 350,000 and 200,000.01 Euros
- 0.50% between 500,000 and 350,000.01
