1. The use of artist’s forename/s and surname (including the use of asterisks where the forenames are not known) denotes that in our opinion the work is by the artist.
2. The use of the artist’s surname only denotes that in our opinion the work is in the style of the artist and may be partly or wholly his work, the work of a follower of the school of the artist, and of uncertain date.
3. “Attributed to…” denotes that in our opinion the work is probably by the artist.
4. “After…” an artist denotes that in our opinion the work is the copy of a work by that artist, of any date.

Lots of an electrical and/or mechanical nature are sold on the strict understanding that they are untested, without warranties or any guarantee as to their serviceability or working order, and are sold as seen. .

Lots purchased should be removed from site before 5pm on the day of sale

Purchasers must ensure all relevant safety precautions are in place, and all appropriate specialist and personal protective equipment is in use during removal of items post-sale.

All purchases should be paid for on the day of sale.
