TERMS OF SALE

All bidders must register and provide proper identification. All purchases must be PAID IN FULL on sale date before items will be released. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal/Business Check, Credit Card and PAYPAL. No drafts will be accepted. All printed information regarding this sale is merely a guide, subject to change, and neither the auction company or publishers shall be liable for any errors in this brochure. All items will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and without guarantee or warranty of any kind, either express or implied. A 20% buyers fee will be charged on all purchases made at the auction site and 25% fee for internet purchases.

TAX NOTICE

Local city, county and state taxes will be collected during this sale. Purchasers who are tax exempt MUST provide a copy of their SALES and USE TAX PERMIT as time of bidder registration. The company Federal Identification Number, or for a proprietorship, the purchaser’s social security number will also be required.

CONTESTED or TIE BID

In the event that two or more parties claim the same bid at the fall of the auctioneers gavel, the auctioneer may re-open the sale and commence the bidding between said parties until a high bidder and new owner is established. This is entirely at the sole discretion of the auctioneer and he may elect not to re-open the bidding if he deems the bid was late and the item was considered to be sold. The auctioneer may also refuse any bid he deems as a mere fractional advance. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot he determines is necessary.
