A Victorian Scottish cast iron register grate, mid 19th century, with stylised foliate cast finials to the upper rail, above acanthus and scallopshell cast detail, beneath a corrugated semi-circular recess, the fascias all with foliate cast decoration in relief overall, stamped ‘Carron C RDN 459 Nov. 13th 1840’ to reverse, 95cm high, 92cm wide
