A Chinese silver gilt caddy and cover of hexifoil cylindrical form, the six-lobed cover rising to a globular knop, decorated on a weave ground with panels of pairs of birds amid flowering prunus and magnolia branches, the cover similarly decorated, all in enamels and hardstone inlays, stamped to base ÒSilverÓ, 18cm high, 19th-20th century .
