Jean Pierre Trevor (“J.P.”) was born in 1961. His illustrious career began when he started painting at a very early age and he later trained in special effects at Walt Disney Productions. He has produced major production sets in Detroit, and in 1992 he designed scenes of Gotham City for Tim Burton’s Batman. He designed an exhibition in Bosnia for Pavarotti’s charity, War Child. He designed a major rock musical in Russia and has done many commissioned works including the exceptional Berecingum for Barking & Dagenham Town Hall and his monumental Leviathan. He has received many awards in design and fine art in the film and television industry. Many of his works are in the hands of serious international art institutions and collectors worldwide and his originals are rarely seen on the open market. His recent iconic portraits of celebrities continues his conceptual theme of 1960’s pop art to the present day.
