Shipping:
We arrange postage and packing via Royal Mail/Parcelforce or we have a packing service if clients wish to make their own arrangements with another courier.

Delivery

The packing and handling of purchased lots by Auction House staff is undertaken solely as a service to Buyers, only at Auction House discretion and at the Buyers risk. As a courtesy to Buyers the Auction House will quote for postage & packing via Royal Mail/Parcelforce services only. This will include the amount for compensation to the Invoice Value for loss in transit only.

Insurance cover for damage and breakages in transit will be the responsibility of the Buyer, and in no event will The Auction House be liable for any damage regardless of the cause. In all cases the procedures for claiming are to be undertaken by the Buyer.

Buyers are welcome to make their own arrangements for collection by another Courier Service, in which case there will be a charge for any packing undertaken by The Auction House.
