Online Bidding:
1) Arthaz offer an online bidding service via the-saleroom.com for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
2) In completing the bidder registration on www.the-saleroom.com and providing your credit card details and unless alternative arrangements are agreed with Arthaz:
(a) Authorize , if they so wish, to charge the credit card given in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the auction via the-saleroom.com, and
(b) confirm that you are authorized to provide these credit card details to Arthaz through www.the-saleroom.com and agree that Arthaz are entitled to ship the goods to the card holder name and card holder address provided in fulfillment of the sale.
3) Please note that any lots purchased via the-saleroom.com live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge at the rate imposed on the hammer price.
Conditions of Sale and Return:
The buyer has 7 days to inspect the condition of the print(s) that they have won from the auction after received the print(s) and may return the print(s) within this time frame. Refund will be made after deduction of return shipping cost, which will be borne by the buyer.
Payment:
- To secure the sale we require official ID from all buyer's to ensure a genuine sale. All sales final. Once a bid is placed this confirms the buyer for purchase of item. Under no conditions can bids be revoked once the auction has ended.
Shipping:
- We ship all items internationally and domestically at the expense of the buyer.
Premium:
- Buyer's premium is 15% plus 3% commission, total 18% added fees
Taxes:
All states in U.S are exempt from paying taxes except for sales conducted in New York State. Non-U.S buyers are subject to VAT.
