All lots purchased in this auction will be subject to a buyer's premium of 20% plus VAT.
Any items purchased through www.the-saleroom.com will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price
Lots purchased in the auction can be collected on the day during the auction or until 7pm on the day of the sale. After this date we will require 24 hours notice by either by telephone or email prior to collection.
Goods with prior arrangement can be collected from 41 Moreton Street, Pimlico SW1 Monday to Friday between 10am-6pm.
After 14 days if lots have not been collected storage charges of £10 per lot per day will be levied. To arrange collection please contact: contact@artemoflondon.com or phone: 0203 151 2190

Clients wishing to register for this sale can do so in person during the viewing or online via the-saleroom.com. Registration for this sale will close at 1pm on the day of the sale Please note that in order to register in person photographic ID will be required and a basic address check will be undertaken against these details as part of the registration process. Bidders wishing to register online must follow www.the-saleroom.com registration procedures. Please note that buyers wishing to register must accept our terms and conditions of sale.
Buyer's Premium:
All lots purchased in this auction will be subject to a buyer's premium of 20% plus VAT.

Payment Terms:
Any items purchased in this auction can be paid for and collected on the day of the sale. We accept cash payments up to £5,000 in accordance with money laundering laws per buyer. Or alternatively we can accept debit and credit cards (not Amex). Please note that there will be an additional charge levied if payment is made by credit card or international debit card of 3%. Full payment must be made within seven days from the date of the auction. After the sale date payment can be made by BACS transfer, cheque, Sage Pay online payment service or cash on collection. Please note payment must clear prior to collection.
