Bidding at live auction

The auctions have live audio, and most also have live video feeds. Click the blue 'Watch auction' button, at the bottom of the bidding screen to activate the live video.

Listen and watch the auction as it occurs in real time. Click the blue 'bid' button to place a bid.

You will see and hear if your bid has been successful.

The auctioneer will contact you after the sale to arrange delivery and payment for the item.

Top tip

During the auction, don't leave pressing the 'bid' button to the last minute. Once the hammer has gone down the price is final - don't miss out by placing your bid too late.

If you can't bid live at the auction, you can place an absentee bid.
