For Lots beginning with an asterisk (*), VAT is payable on the hammer
price
Droit De Suite: Where any lot is affected by this
legislation, a surcharge of 4% will apply to the hammer price, in effect the
premium will be 21.5% +VAT.
Internet Bds: For any lots
purchased online with the-saleroom.com, a surcharge of 3% will apply to the
hammer price, in effect the premium will be 20.5%+VAT.
Storage Charges All furniture and rug lots must be cleared by 5pm on the Monday following the sale. All other lots must be cleared by 5.00pm on the Wednesday following the sale. Storage charges of £2 per lot per day +VAT will be strictly enforced. |
