The first time you use the Live Bidder you will see the live bidder is loading message. If the loading message is still visible after two minutes something may be stopping the bidder from installing. If this is the case please contact Saleroom support on 0870 111 2201. Please be aware that Live Bidder requires a PC running Internet Explorer. When the Live Bidder begins to load a message bar will appear at the top of your browser window. Click anywhere on the bar to continue. When the drop-down message appears click the Allow Blocked Content option. After about 30 seconds a window will appear asking you if you wish to install the application. Click Install to continue.
